Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

Parlonto operates on a subscription basis with no refunds offered. Once payment is processed, subscriptions are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription periods, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is effective immediately, and you will lose access to Parlonto upon cancellation.

Important: You remain responsible for all charges incurred before the cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

Billing

  • Monthly Plan: $20 per month, billed monthly on your subscription anniversary date
  • Annual Plan: $180 per year, billed annually on your subscription anniversary date
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • We will send you a reminder before each billing cycle

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again on the next business day. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received or the subscription is cancelled.

Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction. Disputes will be handled in accordance with payment processor policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Cancel

You can manage your subscription in one of the following ways:

  1. Access your account in Parlonto and manage your subscription in the billing settings
  2. Log into your Stripe customer portal and cancel directly
  3. Contact us for assistance

Legal Exceptions

Notwithstanding this no-refund policy, if applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require refunds under certain circumstances, such refunds will be provided in compliance with those laws.
